Search Engine Positioning
A particularly important service that is often overlooked is the web positioning service. I can optimize a site for placement in search lists using a combination of data generated by a web positioning program, keyword selection, and writing experience.
Elements I use to build pages or educational media:
- html or xhtml with style sheets

- Quicktime, AVI, MPEG, digital video converted to Flash movies
- Gif animation

Experience
I have been creating web sites or teaching web site design for 10 years. I have taught elementary education for 37 years. I am responsible for the School District Six Web Site. I have taught in service courses and adult education classes on computer technology, photo digital editing and web design.
For some examples of my work as a teacher and designer see the Family Forestry Expo site, an example of a site done with students. Blackfoot Native Plant Nursery and WindFlower Native Plants are examples of sites I have created from images of Montana provided by the owners. The Delos Toole Book site is a long standing site that was setup to sell books on gold exploration. This site is rich in mineral exploration information. On the Laughing Water Ranch site I have worked with the owner to create a site rich in content that integrates Flash into the design. Of course my own site serves as a good example since it reflects my own decisions on web site design and content organization.
Billing and Charges
All services are billed at $32/hr. except a fixed charge based on an accepted Project Work Agreement (see the form). Continued web positioning research and editing is $40/hr. A down payment of 25% of the project amount agreed upon in the Project Outline Agreement is due for new customers on the client's approval of the initial layout.
Personal web pages are usually billed at a flat fee per page. The personal fee begins at $50 for the first page and $25 per additional page. This depends on the complexity of the page layout, extra scripting, and the amount of work required to prepare images for the web.
